The Hitman and the Thief

They say you’re only as good as your last job. Ex-military operative Dan Jones has been working as a “corporate trouble-shooter” (emphasis on “shooter”). His last job went sideways when a petty (and pretty) larcenist crossed his path at just the wrong moment. Hightailing it out of danger only lands him in more trouble, as his boss, not normally a forgiving soul, teams him up with the troublemaker to complete the failed assignment. This time on the targets home-turf.

What ensues is a fast-paced adventure as they infiltrate into a society where visitors are NOT welcome, and even your neighbour may be a member of the secret-service.

The Hitman and the Thief had me turning pages into the wee hours as Richard Dee’s memorable characters, places and situations kept me wanting more.
